“ The team at Nulook worked very hard to make building our new house the best experience possible. They were responsive & no question was too much trouble for them (I asked many questions!). They would always work hard to sort things out. Nulook were really accommodating - there were instances where I must have spent over an hour discussing the detail of a particular option & then we would elect not to go ahead! :P Nulook were really flexible though - if at all possible things can be added/taken away from the contract as we go along - no problem to them at all.

All the staff are a pleasure to deal with & very professional - in particular: Brent, Peter, Julie & Laura. The trades they use often have a long history of working with Nulook, which we thought was a good sign. All their tradies take a lot of pride in their work & were happy to walk us through what they are doing when we visited site. Likewise Brent (co-owner & site supervisor) would always talk us through what was happening & what was to come whenever we saw him onsite or spoke on the phone.

As we progressed through the build it became clear that no matter what challenges may come up, we could trust Nulook to sort it out in the best way possible. They would contact us proactively to meet onsite & discuss anything they felt required extra discussion. The quality of workmanship is outstanding & handover occurred 2 days earlier than scheduled!

I've liaised with Nulook extensively since handover for their advice on things I've done after handover. For example, how the hard surfacing would affect the weep holes because we have flush thresholds. They could not have been more supportive & helpful, even though we'd had handover & made final payments (and this was work that could have been done through them, but they were very accepting of us electing what to do through them & what we wanted to do ourselves - there was never any pressure, even though these items would have been eligible for 'builders margin').
If I built again, I would definitely use Nulook! ”
